COMPLAINT
    Strici Blesse, Plaintiff, files this Complaint as conservator and representative for the Court of Briars, and the Court of Flames, respectfully showing the Court as follows,




PARTIES

  1.  Plaintiff Strici Blesse is the court-appointed conservator and representative for the Court of Briars, and the Court of Flames, districts located within the City of Galvia.
  2.  The Entirety of the Court of Eyes ("Defendant"), with a representative not yet assigned, according to Public Records.


JURISDICTION AND VENUE
  1.   As the boundaries of the Court of Eyes remains entirely within the City of Galvia, the Court of Eyes, Defendant, is subject to the jurisdiction and venue of this court.
  2.  Defendant's tortious conduct caused, amongst other things, substantial bodily harm to the members of the Court of Briars within the City of Galvia, including acts of fraud and predatory, misleading advertisement committed within the grounds of the Court of Flames, and the Court of Briars. Accordingly, jurisdiction and venue are also proper pursuant to, amongst other things, monetary compensation.

On another note, much less official leaflets can be found jabbed onto noticeboards across the Artificery and Foundry.

MOTION FOR DISCOVERY
    Comes the Defendant, by and through their attorney, Leander, and for his motion for Discovery pursuant to rules 14.1, 14.2, and 14.3 of the Galvia Rules of Civil Procedure, states:

That the prosecuting Attorney is obligated to disclose to defense counsel the following material and information which is within the possession, control, or knowledge of the Prosecuting Attorney:


  1. The names and addresses of persons whom the Prosecuting Attorney intends to call as witnesses at any hearing or at trial;
  2. Any written statements and the substance of any oral statements by the Defendant;
  3. Any reports of statements of experts, made in connection with this case, including results of physical or mental examinations, scientific tests, experiments or comparison;
  4. Any books, papers, documents or tangible objects, which the prosecuting attorney intends to use in any hearing or at trial which were obtained from or belong to either Defendant;
  5. Any record of prior criminal convictions of persons whom the Prosecuting Attorney intends to call as witnesses at any hearing or at trial;
  6. The relationship to the Prosecuting Attorney of persons to whom the Prosecuting Attorney intends to call as witnesses.


  WHEREFORE, the Defendant prays that the Court grant his motion for discovery and order the Prosecuting Attorney to disclose the material and information described herein; and for all other proper relief.


PARTIES


  1.  Defendant Leander is the conservator and representative for the Court of Eyes, and Nicterise Lichas.
  2.  Plaintiff Strici Blesse is the court-appointed conservator and representative for the Court of Briars, and the Court of Flames, districts located within the City of Galvia.

   Her Ladyship grants her approval of the Motion of Discovery issued by the Defense, and orders the Prosecuting Attorney to disclose the material and information described. This Oral Examination will preface the Court Trial, whereby the Prosecuting Attorney is obligated to disclose to the defense counsel the previously stated material and information which is within the possession, control, or knowledge of the Prosecuting Attorney.


In neatly written cursive on a small note provided to the Defense's version is written;

"Have at it, Leander."
